What is Nusuk?

“‘Nusuk Hajj’ is a comprehensive platform that facilitates the journey of Hajj pilgrims to the House of Allah from 126 specified countries.”

think of Nusuk as a vendor however not just any old vendor a seriously powerful entity ran by figures within the ministry of hajj who are of-course cherry picked by the Saudi royals to make sure it operates in line with vision 2030.

Only established Saudi corporate companies are approved to invest into the mainframe of hajj across the various holy sites including Mina, Muzdalifah and so on. The companies benefit from being long term friends of the crown, The kingdom gains from taxing on the profits generated through the Nusuk system without having to invest, this strategic tax forces the service providers to bump up their prices to record breaking prices to perform hajj.

Supply & Demand

Hajj remains the central dream destination for all muslims across the world and quotas will continue to be filled each year whilst the price only shifts the nature of people booking.
