UK Orders:
For all orders within the United Kingdom, whether you purchase a watch through our various platforms (social media, website, or in-person), we offer insured next-day delivery (if the purchase is made before 1 pm).

International Orders:
For all orders outside the UK, watches will be shipped approximately 3 working days after payment clearance. Delivery times depend on the destination country and may be subject to local customs and duty delays and charges. Please note that crypto2pounds is not responsible for any customs or duty charges; these are the responsibility of the consumer to cover in order to receive their item.

Collection:
For in-person collections, you can pick up your item 24 hours after the funds have cleared via bank transfer or online payment. Please bring a government-issued photo ID when collecting your item from our secure location.

Returns:
We understand the need for peace of mind, especially when buying an item unseen. We offer a 14-day return period from the delivery date (applicable only to website purchases). This entitles you to a full refund or exchange if the item remains unworn and undamaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us via MMWATCHESCO@gmail.com with order number and proof of payment. After receiving confirmation from a member of our customer after-sales department, you can return the item either through a courier of your choice or by physically dropping it off at:(Address is provided via email).

For in-person purchases or those made through our social media platforms, a credit note will be issued for items purchased up to 14 days prior. Please be aware that a restocking fee will apply unless the item is found to be faulty, in which case a full refund will be provided within a 30-day period.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be completely unworn and in the same condition as when it was purchased, including the intact packaging and contents.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) in our store, we will contact you through your preferred communication method to inform you the approval status of your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
